You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Products showing signs of misuse, damage, or wear and tear may not be eligible for a refund.
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Products marked as Final Sale or Clearance
Gift cards or promotional vouchers
Items damaged due to improper use or accidents after delivery
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Drenoviax is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
